An Important Policy...

Orange Cream

Hi there!

You know, I've been shooting more product photography than ever before. There are plenty of different ways to make a product look interesting. Sometimes I end up testing these with products I haven't been hired to shoot.

It's a actually an important policy for my photography. No matter how much paid work there is, take a moment for fun from time to time.

I decided it might be interesting for you to see some of the results. Click here to take a look.

So, it's my birthday...

The great thing about new traditions: they're fun, creative, and provide something unique for the current generation.

The terrible thing about new traditions: I didn't get to be a part of them!

In case you haven't heard, the new tradition when your little one has their first birthday is to have a photo shoot, called a "cake smash," where your babe gets to do exactly what it sounds like. Now, cake smashes weren't a thing when I had my first birthday. This is NOT okay with me. So, since it's my birthday, I'm remedying this situation!! I think you know where this is going... Point being, you're never too old for anything under the sun. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise!

(And by the way, in case you were wondering what I'd like for my birthday... in lieu of the beautiful gifts you had wrapped for me, give me a call about that photography job you've been thinking about. I'd love to make you as happy as this cake smash made me!)

And of course, wish me a Happy Birthday below!

Product Photography

It shakes out differently for everyone: after having done your homework (so much homework!) you've got your product picked out. Or perhaps you've sunk your heart and soul into a curated package of items, and you've got the perfect packaging put together. Or you've designed some super cute apparel and after long days and even longer nights, you've gotten them produced. However you got there, you're stoked! You're ready for your items to do that thing hotcakes do! But where to go from here...?

Well, there might be some steps between, but I submit to you that some great product shots are in order. Product shots can help to get your future clients on the way to imagining themselves using your product, and that's one step closer to them to becoming clients in the here and now. I love working with my new clients to make sure that they get the shots that they need to make their business a success. There's something special about it. I love the kick-butt entrepreneurial types, sue me! If you're looking for product shots for your business, click Booking above and drop me line. I can't wait to meet you!
